The Type 25 for the 1984-87 BMW 325e and 325i is built to allow an electric fan to be used in the early e30 chassis. Cooling is dramatically improved through additional coolant capacity in the core and side tanks. The electric fan is mounted behind the shroud but stands away from the core surface to allow more air to flow through the entire core. This kit is shallow enough to fit in the engine bay with either the stock m20 or m50 family twin-cam conversions.
